You be the Judge and remember if it is person, it is not anymore.  Do You think they can go after student loan fraud when the colleges take students loans and refuse to have them re-enrolled to their classes?  It would surely make the students feel a lot better if we could have such expedient help show up at such a time when the parent and student have done all that was required by paper and school ledger, and we end up with a letter in the mail, saying you owe us more more, or else you won't graduate. 

The older we get the more we realize that corruption is like a disease, and it appears that it is incurable, and its worshipers are right at home in their sinful gloom. If the student cannot receive their degree, then how will they get their new benefits to a new pay scale, and a new chance to increase the well being of their home.

Please read this, and go capture all the loan facilities and the banks, and colleges that announce they are legit and ethical businesses. Send the government over to check out their ledgers.
