SOLDIER YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO LOVE YOURSELF FIRST, AND BE AT EASE
Your happiness is not predicated on how others view you, but
how you view yourself.

Try your hormones and menopause, first. Then work from there
to pull you out of the vortex of hopelessness. Try eating happy foods. I had to learn to change
my diet intake of certain foods. Sometimes, we are too hard on ourselves, and we
become our worst critics. Give yourself a chance to get to know the real you.
Put on an Art exhibit, and start an art support group online with Google plus,
or in the community. It does not have to be good Art, just something to say I
got up, and I clocked in to live today. Weather it is 30%, 60%, or whatever, do
a little something new each day. This race is not giving to the swift or to the
strong, but to him/her that endures until the end. I have learned that I don't
feel the same every day, and as I have grown in my faith base, and my
self-actualization, self-worth, and self-esteem, I figured out at the end of
the day, I love me, God, and my children, and the rest comes later. Focus on
loving the real you, and I can promise you will find a new hope. Who else
better needs your vote, but you? Clock in to life each day, expecting your
hopelessness to turn to hope. This would mean to start a chart. Spell out the
word Hopelessness, and work on getting rid of the letters (lessness) eight
steps to building hope within you. I like devotions, and I like listing to good
teaching, and I love learning technical from how tools. It is your new
opportunity to start a new you.
You do not have to adopt anything in the new
you that will make you uncomfortable. For instant, say you want to get rid of
the (s) make up words that tell you about you for that day. (1). my words for
today are sorrowful, sleepy, singer, smiling. Get rid of sorrowful by writing or
singing happier songs, practice going to your mirror, and say smile soldier I
give you permission to be at ease. You did not fail your mission, you were
wounded in battle, and I love you for showing up in uniform to day. I have something to live for, and I salute
you. You are still a soldier, so if the uniform is what made you feel better
about yourself, then put it on daily and show up for roll call, then give
yourself permission to be at ease.
There you have accomplished a word preference for your day.
You need to smile and sing happy songs throughout that day. Work at it, and you
will find that you and your pets will begin to feel better. You have permission
soldier to be at ease, and love you.
After listening to your story, I discerned this about your
wound, whoever watched you, they were a marks man, they could have shot and
killed you, but they chose to mark you. They gave you a signature hit. I personally
would say, Thank you God, for being alive.
You will have to figure that one out on your own. It is good to be alive
today, and I choose to show up for roll call whether, I am lame or healed. I will
be here. Who would consider a full
target in view, and only aim for a piece of your thumb?
